Owned and ran by Joseph Michael Kleptz (Mike), JMK Home Improvement was founded
in January of 2001. However, Mike has been building, repairing, and remodeling homes
since 1979.
In 1979 Mike built his first home for himself and his family which is pictured at
the right. Since then he has worked on countless homes, hanging siding, finishing
basements, adding decks, repairing leaky faucets, and about anything else you can
think of.
Mike also has a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, which is evident in
his perfectionist work.
